Work
I’m currently working at Noctua Games as Head of Engineering. It’s a busy, rewarding role, navigating the interesting intersection of game publishing, backend infrastructure, and building a team that ships things well.
Communities
I maintain two communities that are close to my heart.
The first is BlankOn Linux, an Indonesian GNU/Linux distribution, along with its foundation organization. It’s a long-running project I’ve been involved with for years and still feel strongly about.
The second is Lombok Dev, a tech community based in my hometown of Lombok. Getting people in smaller cities access to the same kind of knowledge-sharing and networking that folks in big cities take for granted, that’s the whole point.
Fun
At the moment I’m juggling four things: reading, drawing, sim racing, and camping with the family.
Interests
I’ve been spending more mental energy on investment and management lately, both the practical side of growing something sustainably and the more philosophical questions around how people and organizations make decisions over time.
