Work
I’m currently working at Noctua Games as Head of Engineering, navigating the interesting intersection of game publishing, tech architecture & infrastructure, and building a team that ships things well.
I also serve as director (part-time) for BlankOn Foundation (non-profit), which aiming to advance the open source technology ecosystem and technological independence in Indonesia. Through community collaboration and sustainable innovation, we build a more inclusive and sovereign digital future.
Communities
I maintain and am active in two communities: BlankOn Linux (an Indonesian GNU/Linux distribution and its foundation) and Lombok Dev (a tech community in my hometown of Lombok).
Fun
At the moment I’m juggling four things from time to time: reading, drawing (sketching and watercolor painting), sim racing, and camping with my family.
Interests
I’ve been spending more mental energy on investment and management lately, both the practical side of growing something sustainably and the more philosophical questions around how people and organizations make decisions over time.
